3-somes for the gals

So, I watch videos on here and where there is a mfm threesome, it looks to me like the girl isn't really enjoying herself. I asked my wife if that were true. She said that it sometimes feels like too much work, so she cant enjoy what is happening to her. Other times, it's awesome. Just wondering what others thought about it.
