It's not a sexy post

It's a confused and wild time right now. We hope each and all of you take care of herself and himself and of one another.

If you feel under the water, stay under the blankets and take it easy. If you know someone who is not going too well, just say Hi and be there for her or him.

It's a time to care about each other, as it should always be, mindfulness of ourselves and others is how we are going to get around this.

Be safe, be well and be sexy

 Well stated. This, too, shall pass. I see an opportunity for everyone to be reminded how quickly we can rebound and get back to Life when we share and cooperate. We seem to have lost track of that notion.
