Nope, no scary stories from me today. The world this year has been scary enough, and I posted a a scary story a couple of days ago, so.... I'm good. As for dressing up in costume? No, I've been wearing a mask for several months now...since March in fact. So tired of it, and dressing up in another just because it's Halloween has sort of taken the fun out of it. Like every Holiday..I still have to work today. Though on the plus side I might snatch a piece of candy from the Halloween pumpkin pail in the office when I go in today. That Hersey bar ( fun sized ) looked pretty good when I was cleaning the glass topped table yesterday...aside from that there are no decorations in the office at all this year. It makes me wonder what if any thing the PM has planed for the Christmas Holiday? November starts tomorrow, a big month as far as Holiday or fun days go. At least for me. There is of course voting on the third. Fun for me as I get to cast my vote and hopefully help get rid of the Numb-nuts who are in charge. Then there is of course Thanksgiving ( a day off ) as well as Black Friday ( another day off ) Two days off in a row..Wow! Then there is the 22nd. of November, my birthday. Sucks that I'll be another year older...but who can't feel a little jazzed that it's their birthday right? Maybe I'll walk around in my Birthday Suite all day to celebrate? They are calling for snow...I don't think we'll get any though. If we do, it'll be a light dusting. South of I-90 may get some more like they usually do, any snow hits them hard while leaving us with little or none, thanks to the lake. Though I can remember one year trick or treating in over a foot of the white stuff. That same year I was battling a bad ear infection to boot. Told I could go out by my parents because of it. But my older sister took pity on me and took me out anyhow and I had a great time. We didn't go far, just our neighborhood and the Long Acre subdivision. Because of the snow I made a great haul that year. ( not many kids ventured out and folks were tossing hand fulls of candy in to my pillow sack ) I think if I remember right I was still eating Halloween candy when Easter rolled around. So, my friends.. Happy Halloween! Have fun with the day, stay safe and enjoy it if you can. I hope your Halloween is filled with Treats, and the Tricks are few. Off to shower now....

No scary stories here either except for the rise in C-19 cases thanks to the red hat rallies. Mostly Trick or treat is a goner- some tail gate oops trunk or treat going on and some clever folks pinned sacks of candy to a bush in front of their house and someone else is rolling treats down a PVC pipe to the waiting sack. I need three more sunny days to clean up the patio before the S word Stay safe (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

that was a really good haul lasting you to easter! my folks didn't let me do trick or treating. too concerned some crazy person would poison the candy or put blades in the apples. i was out of town to the city for halloween week. so i've gotten really behind on your daily blog. when i was in college i used to get a lot of ear infections. turns out going for a swim to deal with my stress was causing the ear infections. oh well. no more swimming laps. and no more ear infections.
