I was having a conversation with a male friend of mine, he mentioned that all women..young and old alike say they have killer head game. but in reality few of them do.
Is this true???

 I guess, that the head I get is great. I have had some bad head experience, but most of them are forthcoming with their skill level. Gentleman, do not be expecting them to do shit you saw on pornhub. Let her get a feel of your equipment before you freestyle on her throat.
