 Depends on your definition of "adult playground". If you are looking for adults only party place then Temptations is a great place. After the 3rd night we needed a break for a day to re-coup. It's topless except indoors and a good mix of ages. Great food, and drinks (mostly top shelf booze). Not technically a swingers resort but many attend (isn't to hard to pick them out). If you are looking for a true swingers resort then Desire RM or Pearl are good (Pearl is more snooty and expensive), or try Hedo in Negril.

 I have been to quite a few places in the past 10 years.... I have been to Cuba almost 30 times in the past 7 years... it all depends on what you want to do .. and when you say Adult resort, do you want sexual play there... or you want a resort with no kids? Let me know if you like cuba and I can tell you where to go.
