Step Back In Time

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice...how far back would you go and what would the advice be?

I'm disqualifying "1 month and I'd advise myself save my money and not join this site."

Oh the one time I would like to step back was when I had a chance to date a cheerleader when I was in my early twenties. I wasn’t where I wanted to be in life...just got out of college and working as a teller in a bank to get into the management program and did bartending on the weekends. A waitress that I worked with told me that her friend liked me...but wasn’t brace enough to pull the trigger.

My advice is now what I tell my sons...don’t get caught up in material shit...just have some fun whenever you can because life can pass you by when you’re not looking.

Oh and I like your excellent advice about this site. You my lovely Lady have class.

Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

Probably go back to 18 and choose a different major for University (college), instead of playing it so safe. Harder to take risks as you get older...

'84.
The advice? "Get your ass to every single class and every meal in the cafeteria from here til you graduate.

I messed up my early college career worrying about money. But, if I had succeeded and graduated on time in '83, I never would have meet the best people in my life.

I would go back to my early 20s, and would have learned to dance at that age (rather than 20 years later.) Yet to meet a woman who doesn't like a good dancer........

My advice would be to travel, at every opportunity, to go out into the world and experience as much of other cultures as possible.

Good wee post McNeed!

I would go back to My middle teens, with the advice to live on the edge and not be concerned about what others may think! And gotten a good start on a good life!

I have had a good life since I focused on the future and stopped being concerned about others thoughts and actions. One of the good things id I have YOU as a friend!!
