 No car accidents or plane crashes but several self inflicted concussions, a serious knee injury playing baseball. Crashed a hot air balloon and broke one leg and a shoulder. Dislocated my knee when I got ran into while skiing. And others also.

 No but I have been in 4 accidents where they have rear ended me and my daughter..
