I will agree with those that say the real option is it is not the breasts that matter but the person they are attached to. All that being said a bad boob job looks horrible, and they can be made way to big. If I had my pick all things being equal I would prefer a small to med size natural breast.

I picked natural breasts only because I feel that choice should be up to the woman. Personally, i am happy with small breasts or a large. There is a lady from our company from another country who came to the USA for training which i thought was perfection, but when she went home, she had breast augmentation surgery. If it makes her happy, that's all that matters.

I've seen numerous posts about nipple sensitivity after augmentation. Is it common? Yes but it really depends on the Doctor and the type/style/extent. I've been around the swinging scene for many years and I have dozens of friends with implants so this is their advice not mine. If you are considering any type of cosmetic surgery and you LOVE your sensitive nipples? TELL YOUR DOCTOR!!! They can avoid damaging nerves. A couple of friends also had the complete opposite happen. Their nippples were dead/meaningless prior but incredibly sensitive after.

The questionnaire is flawed in that it is limited in available responses. First off I love large breasts, natural are the very best from an unclothed point of view and from natural movements, touch and feel. The fakes are ok if you are clothed but once the clothes come off they look artificial, feel un-natural, don't move naturally and unhealthy for the woman. This from a man who has paid for a few pair of implants. The worst implants are the sub-muscular and that is what all the surgeons will push you into buying 100% of the time. Sub-Glandular look and feel more natural. They move with the body and gravity. They also cost much less and I've paid for both. I love a mature woman's breast above all others in all their shapes, colors and sizes.
