An update on Darling Annette

Finding that she couldn't do a thing with her blog here on Friday, Annette went to the library for a supply of new books. She lives in the wilderness so it's a project to go to town. On the way home she encountered a terrible lightening storm, and on arriving home on top of her mountain she discovered that all her electronics had been ruined by the lightening strikes. It's Monday in Cooroy so she's hustling around getting replacements today, and should be back online soon. She felt bad about not being able to post her Symposium entry, but it shouldn't be long before she can post it.

So- she had a yet another setback and some unwanted expense, but she's doing well and misses you all.

Ha! I wouldn't know about that. I was concerned that she hadn't answered my emails, but she couldn't. She had to go to the library computer in town, and they have a filter for "porn sites" like this one... So she was able to respond to my email address.

This could be a great post, even a short story. PD loves science fiction and all that woo-woo stuff. We may have to go to work on this. I think Annette will finally escape, being rescued by the wallabies and hidden in the forest by them, thus escaping the cruel anal probes of the aliens. The aliens will move on to Melbourne, looking for Amelia Cox.

 Thank you for the update... I know she was having a lot of trouble with deleted posts before we figured out the "numerals in titles" bug... but more than that, I was starting to get worried.

She is very, very welcome whenever she gets things sorted out... she's got more things on her mind now!

Me too- worried. It can get very frustrating dealing with glitches and no site support. But she wasn't available to hear about the work around. I knew you'd be understanding about it. You were the first person she requested I notify.
