why do they have you waigt till your 18 before you can hav sex. in nevada its 16 why not everywhere els.

any normal human has the desire for sex as soon as they hit puberty its programed in are genetics. it's just instinct.

 You don't HAVE to wait, but sometimes it makes sense...
When I was 16, there were fewer dangers of STD's/AIDS/etc., but that old pregnancy thing was still around... I was lucky, but other friends of mine weren't, so I know...
Unless you're preparred to be a daddy, settle for non-baby-making forms of sex..
When you're ready and able to assume the risk, go for it...
