Reflections on Another Year Gone by ... ...

Greetings One and All,

It's that time of year again ... the dreaded Birthday ... ... If you could only hear Queen's 'Another One Bites the Dust,' playing in the background to complete the setting - LOL !.!.!

Time did and didn't fly by if you understand what I mean by that. In short, the last year has been a real kick in the teeth (I'll elaborate in a future Post).

I hadn't paid much attention to the Visitor's Stats on the Blog and just realized that my sad attempt at being a writer has resulted in nearly 200,000 (OK - 195,046 to be exact) hits - I was amazingly surprised. Never in my life did I ever expect to see 200,000 of anything ... none the less 200,000 folks reading something that I wrote ... OMG & Very Humbling !.!.!

Seeing how it's Birthday time and all ... ... I resolve to try and be more active with my Blog Posts and return to prose as that seems to generate a lot of interest.

So ~ I sit here reflecting with a beautiful 16 year-old ... Contemplating the Universe and the meaning of everything. I had probably clarify that statement for those of you with your mind in the gutter before some calls Protective Services ~~ That's a beautiful 16 year-old ... ... Bottle of Single Malt, Scotch Whisky - LOL !.!.!

So ~ I lift my glass with a Double ... Nope - Make that a Triple of the most delicious, smoky, smoothest elixir on the planet ~ Inspired by God and Created by Man !.!.!

OMG this is sooooo kismet - I was just talking about 'Pinkie and the Brain' with my oldest son ... !.!.!

We were crackin' wise and making jokes that I have 1 more year to take over the world in order to stay on the plan outlined in high school ... To damn funny ... How did you know I was a fan ... ...
