I did once see some steers break their holding pen escape the stockyard and hang out in a residental area not sure if you'd call it devastating but it was quite a sight

I've see that with bulls and cows ,but one of these is far more dangerous than a Angus bull.

It does depend on where the photo was taken. In Southeast Asia they are domesticated and used to till rice paddies. In other parts of the world they are not, and are mean.
