Hello all! It has been too long without posting. My thoughts have overflowed, refilled and overflowed ten times over. By no fault of my own, I gotta admit. I cannot access this site when I'm in Bali. Apparently, this website, or rather its contents, are not part of "a positive internet". This is according to the Indonesian powers-that-be. Hey, I don't make the rules. I just live there. I still say bullshit though😉

I'm back in Singapore for two weeks so I'll try and vomit all my thoughts out as much as I can. I think it keeps me sane 😝 You wouldn't believe the insanity I've subjected my Husband and partners to in the last few months. So yes, I'm back in Singapore for a few days now trying to do oh so many things. In the last day or so I've been running between the hotel we are in and our storage facility trying to grab what we need for our place in Bali as well as some work clothes which I've packed away. I've got an interview next week 😊 So yay! Wish me luck. I'm still gonna be working out of Bali but I've gotta meet some of the paymasters here so that's that.

I've also had to try my best to be a good tour guide and host. I met this young Russian couple in Bali and they've travelled with me here to Singapore. They've never been here before so I've been trying to show them around and it's so strange how I can't think of anything to do here. Don't get me wrong, I know there are tons to do but....I dunno. I've been drawing blanks. Then again staying in our room and fucking isn't half bad either 😝

It's strange how we met. The Husband and I decided we'd ride down to the beach about two weeks ago. We've moved to Bali for a good few months now and really haven't gone down to any beach to just hang out. So we decided we'd do that. He had made friends with one of the guys who run those beach chair rentals along one of the more touristy beaches, so he suggested we'd go there and so we went. Midway through the day, I was walking back to my chair after taking a dip in the water when this blond girl in the exact same sailor-stripped ww bikini ran towards me and started chatting me up.

She seemed excited and cheerful, which I thought was really cute. We ended up talking at lengths, and apparently, if you're wearing a wicked weasel bikini, and see someone else also in a weasel, it's a thing where you go up to them and take pictures together 😳 See, I did not know that. LOL. So she came over, her bf came over, we chatted, took a few pictures, had a few drinks, chatted some more, took more pictures. And I noticed the more pictures we took, the more suggestive the poses were. I didn't mind one bit. They were a younger, good looking couple, and the Husband was enjoying it too.

We got to know them a LOT better after inviting them over to our place for dinner a few days later. Turns out they were swingers as well. A few soft swaps then quickly turned to full swaps, and now three of us are here in Singapore. The Husband is begrudgingly off in Jakarta working over the next week so, we've promised him, or at least I have, I'd make it up to him.

So yeah, what an odd way to connect with people eh?
Anyhow, I gotta prep for dinner. I'm bringing them over to a friend's place for dinner.
Will blog again.

There's a possible solution to the Indonesian Internet problem, but I don't know how much it costs: a Virtual Private Network. They were invented so that people could securely connect to their work computers, but they can also be used to bypass censorship, because everything goes through encrypted. For work purposes, the destination is a corporate network; for counter-censorship purposes, the destination is an unfiltered Internet service provider that connects to the net somewhere else. From Indonesia, I'd guess that you'd look like you were connected to the net from somewhere in Australia.
